Robert S. Sherrets

Biography

Robert S. Sherrets joined the firm as a law clerk in May 2009 and upon admission to the Kansas State Bar he stayed on as an associate starting in September 2011.  Mr. Sherrets' practice will focus on business and commercial litigation.  Mr. Sherrets has already appeared in Court in Kansas and, with appropriate authorization, has appeared in the District Courts for Douglas and Lancaster counties. 

Robert S. Sherrets graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska with a J.D. in May 2011.  Mr. Sherrets joined the firm as an associate after having clerked for the firm beginning in the summer following his first year in law school.  While in law school he was a member of the Student Bar Association and a semi-finalist in the Grether Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Sherrets is currently admitted to practice in Kansas and Nebraska.
