Arthur G. Formas III

Arthur G. Formas III joined this firm as an associate attorney in August 2024 upon admission to the Nebraska State Bar. Prior to being admitted to the Bar, Arthur Formas III worked as a senior certified law clerk for this firm from January 2024 until August 2024. Arthur’s practice areas include business and commercial litigation, contract litigation, and construction litigation. Arthur has experience making court appearances, drafting briefs, motions, orders, and settlement agreements, and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court of the District of Nebraska.

Arthur graduated from Creighton University School of Law in May 2024. While at Creighton, Arthur earned a certification in litigation, was a member of the trial team, arbitration team, negotiation team, and competed in both interschool and intraschool competitions. Arthur was also a member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, holding the position of Secretary for the 2022-2023 school year.

Prior to Creighton Law, Arthur graduated from the University of Houston in 2013. After graduation, Arthur worked in sales for nearly 10 years, focusing on industries such as agricultural, chemical, food & beverage, inventory management, industrial automated software, and oil and gas.

Outside of the legal practice, Arthur enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in the community and with his church, playing golf, and watching sports. Arthur is an avid fan of the University of Houston, and the Houston professional teams.
