Thomas G. Schumacher

Biography

Thomas G. Schumacher is an attorney who received his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2019. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2016 with majors in English and Psychology. While at law school, he competed in Creighton's arbitration and trial teams and earned a CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research & Writing. Upon graduation, he became licensed in the State of Nebraska and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. 

Mr. Schumacher joined the firm upon his graduation and licensure in 2019. Today his practice focuses on business litigation, contract disputes, commercial litigation, civil litigation, municipal disputes, negligence, property disputes, personal injury, and appeals. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in the litigation process from start to finish. He also has a background in transactional estate planning and probates. He has appeared and made oral argument before the Nebraska Supreme Court.
